If we do not have your credit card details on file, an invoice will be issued to the booking customer for paymentCircumstances out of our control: If your charter is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions you will be offered either an opportunity to reschedule your booking or be issued a credit voucher for the full value of your booking or deposit paid to use on any of our charters.
Sharkmen Charters initiated cancellation: If we cancel your charter as we are unable to commit to your booking (ie. the charter does not fill up its minimum required numbers, or on the rare occasion mechanical issues present), if rescheduling is not an option, we will issue you a credit voucher for the full value of your booking or deposit or refund you in full to your original payment method.
